Shipping policy

Delivery means the transfer to the Buyer of physical possession or control of the Product by the carrier to whom Ekceli has entrusted the Product for delivery. It is only made after confirmation of payment by the Ekceli banking institution.

The Products ordered are delivered as follows:

For metropolitan France, the maximum delivery time is thirty (30) working days from the order of the Product, unless otherwise specified before placing the order and prior to its final validation. In this case, Ekceli will indicate to the Buyer an estimated delivery range, the Seller will not be held responsible for a delay in delivery. This period will be recalled in the summary of the order as well as in the delivery tracking section of the Site.

For delivery outside mainland France, the Buyer is invited to contact Ekceli customer service (mb@ekceli.com +33699002067).

The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer during the purchase process on the Site, the Buyer must ensure its accuracy and provide all the information necessary for the proper delivery of the Products. Any package returned to Ekceli due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the Buyer's expense. The Buyer may, at his request, obtain the sending of an invoice to the billing address and not to the delivery address, by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form.

If the Buyer is absent on the day of delivery, the carrier will leave a transit advice note in the mailbox, which will allow the package to be collected from the place and during the period indicated.

The Buyer must carry out a verification of the delivery and in particular of the condition of the Products, which will be considered as carried out once the Buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery note.

If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, opened, the Buyer must then check the condition of the Products. If they have been damaged, the Buyer must imperatively refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery note (package refused because opened or damaged).

The Buyer must confirm these reservations by registered mail to the carrier no later than three (3) days following receipt of the item(s) and send a copy of this letter by ordinary mail or e-mail to Ekceli for the attention of customer service according to the contact details indicated above.

Subject to the prior agreement of the customer service requested at the latest five (5) days before and by appointment, the Buyer also has the possibility of coming to collect the Products purchased directly from the premises of Ekceli, located 15 rue Michelet 93100 Montreuil.
